Analysis

In terms of accessibility, Tuscany is well connected to the city centre and major spots of Klang Valley via Sprint Highway, Jalan Bangsar and New Pantai Expressway (NPE). It is also about 2km from Bangsar RapidKL LRT station. However, the roads around the condominium are quite notorious and congested during peak hours. It is very painful to drive along Jalan Ara, Jalan Maarof and Jalan Bangsar during the period.

Tuscany is indeed a very old condominium and its price is quite steep for a condominium this old. It is run down and lacking of facilities. The whole plot of land is totally used for the development with just a small space at each side for some plants. However, this condominium is loved because of the privacy compared to others.
