Section 21 is a small neighbourhood located in the vicinity of Shah Alam, Selangor. This area is located within the Klang Valley area and it is easily connected to other major towns such as Klang, Port Klang, Puchong, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur.
This neighbourhood also consist of residences and commercial properties, but mostly empty lands. Currently, the biggest development here is Pos Malaysia National Mail Centre. This area also comes with facilities such as restaurants, bus stops, banks, convenience stores, playground and jogging track.
Section 21 also neighbours other neighbourhood such as Section 20, Section 19, Section 21, Section 23 and Batu Tiga, all within a short distance. Like other Sections in Shah Alam, this neighbourhood is also well connected via Federal Highway, Kemuning – Shah Alam Highway (LKSA), Guthrie Corridor Expressway and North – South Expressway Central Link (ELITE).

Section 21 is another small neighbourhood in Shah Alam, which offers terrace houses and shop lots. Developed so long ago, currently the subsale price of the terrace houses would be approximately from RM350,000 and the shop lots would be from RM1,000,000 onwards. Monthly rental starting from RM1,200 for houses and RM4,000 for shop lots are the common rental value of this area. This neighbourhood has good public transportation flow as it is highly accessible through the Rapid KL buses and it is also only a short drive away from the Shan Alam Commuter Station.
