Indah Villa is strategically located amongst the many amenities and is a popular residential for many students to call their home as it is basically just a short walk away or a short drive away from the many colleges and universities in Subang Jaya.

This is a good investment if you have the extra money as rental yield is pretty good here as Sunway Pyramid is also one of the most popular hang outs for students in Subang Jaya. Apart from that, some units are also facing the Sunway Lagoon Wild Wild West area and also the Surf Beach.

However, some might not like it as the noise from Sunway Lagoon can also be heard as it is situated pretty near to Indah Villa. There were also complaints of the lifts keep breaking down in the condominium. Indah Villa is also considered one of the best condos in Sunway.
