In D’Twist, there are a total of three tower blocks constructed on a podium comprising four two-storey levels of commercial space, having a usable space of 400,000 sf. This podium area would serve as a full-sized shopping centre at the doorstep of the residents.

D’Twist’s residential tower block of 80 floors will have a height of 300 meters, making it the tallest residential building in the region of Southeast Asia. Although there is currently no word on what recreational facilities would there be, DK assures us that it would be sufficient to accommodate a population of 15,000.

The development is located in Bandar Sunway which is a highly sought after area due to the location and amenities. Sunway Pyramid is located a few minutes’ drive away. Matured townships such as Subang Jaya, Puchong and USJ 10 which is named Taipan, is just a few minutes away by car as well. Sunway Hospital is also a few minutes away. There are most notably three tertiary institutions nearby which are Sunway University, Monash University and Taylor’s University.
