Analysis

Desa Subang Permai is a close-knit community, whereby most of the residents here know each other and united. Most activities among residents are held through the mosque community and residents society.

Even though Malay is the dominant race in the neighborhood, there is a good mix of Chinese and Indians living here harmoniously. Even most of the activities held are joined by residents from all races.

However, there are illegally built factories at the north of the enclave. Some factories are claimed legal by the authorities even though the location of those factories is quite close to the neighborhood.

Besides that, residents also claim that the roads within the neighborhood have been used by heavy vehicles that commute to the factories. According to a resident, MBSA has made an initiative by set up height bars made of hollow steel in 2007 – however, the lorries had hit the poles and bars and the damaged bars were stolen which are believed to be sold as scrap metal.

If you are considering a unit here, perhaps you should consider buying it at auction market. This is because there are units being auctioned from time to time with reserved prices starting from RM250,000 and RM420,000 for the 1-storey terrace and 2-storey bungalow respectively.
