Bangsar Park was the first residential development in Bangsar. It is now surrounded by Bukit Bangsar , Bangsar Utama and Bangsar Indah to its South; Lucky Garden and Bangsar Baru to its’ West separated by Jalan Maarof.
Towards the east of Bangsar Park is Federal Hill, a low density neighborhood with lots of greenery, thus giving the impression that Bangsar Park is beside a jungle. There are a few rows of shoplots but this is mostly a housing estate with terrace houses and bungalows.
Amenities wise, Bangsar Park is probably second to none. Be it nurseries, schools, fine dining, pubs, entertainment outlets, roadside hawkers, banks, shopping centers, retail shops, morning market, night market, places of worships, medical centers or sports complex, residents get to enjoy all these. And all this are available within walking distance or perhaps a short drive away. This is a plus point considering how heavy traffic can be here during peak hours.
Bangsar Park is well accessible with Sprint Expressway leading to Bukit Damansara, Sri Hartamas and New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) while the New Pantai Expressway (NPE) connects to Subang and the Federal Highway to Petaling Jaya. On top of that, it is only 10 minutes away from Mid-Valley City and KL City Centre. Public transportation is very good with many busses and taxis plying the main roads, and that the Bangsar RapidKL LRT station and KL Sentral are just a short distance away.

Bangsar Park is indeed a lovely neighborhood with lots of greenery if you have a property near Federal Hill. Because of its location which makes traveling to other parts of Klang Valley so easy and also because of the easily availability of many daily conveniences, houses here are always much sought after, whether for own dwellings or for investment purposes. This is so despite the houses being a fair bit old. But then, there is nothing some renovations can’t do.
