Analysis

There are mixed reviews regarding office suites like Vertical Suites as many think that there is an over-supply of office suites in the Klang Valley and they are afraid that Vertical Suites might just be yet another typical type of office suites. However, there is much comparison between Vertical Suites and Plaza Sentral in which both are also granted MSC status, which then boils down to locality, connectivity and also their pricing. There were also rumours that there will be a direct route connecting Bangsar South and the Federal Highway, if this is true, there will most likely be a hike in price once this is confirmed.
