Meanwhile, The Quaritz’s shop-offices lot is claimed to be unique as the 2nd and 3rd floors are integrated as one to give a double volume feel and create better working atmosphere.

Analysis

The Quaritz is strategically sited in the centre of the township, at the east side. It is just opposite Casaman, ParkCity SportsCentre, an international school, and the Cental Park.

The Quaritz was planned back then in April 2004 and scheduled to be completed in 2007. But due to weak economy and slow growing community, the developer has held the idea. However, it will definitely be launched anytime soon as The Waterfront seems to be insufficient to cater its big and growing community.

Unlike The Waterfront which is developed to serve its residents, The Quaritz is targeted to attract crowds from affluent neighborhoods nearby including TTDI, Damansara Perdana and Mont Kiara.
