Section 4 is a leasehold residential enclave nestled within the developing township of Shah Alam. It is neighbors with Denai Alam, GlenparkGreen View Villa as well as other districts such as Section 1 and Section 2 to name a few.

Section 4 is practically surrounded by many major highways, including Guthrie Corridor Highway, Federal Persekutuan, New Klang Valley Expressway, LDP and Shah Alam Highway; ensuring speedy connections to and fro the enclave. Public transportation are quite easily available as well with the Taxi Stand PKNS and Hentian Bandar Shah Alam located not more than 2km away.

Analysis

Shah Alam is currently a developing township, although it has already been around for many years. As such, it comes as no surprise the conditions of several of the aged properties. Potential buyers will have to bare in mind additional costs incurred for renovation.

However, there seem to be a renewed interest in the area as quite a few new developments are sprouting out – all of which are priced very reasonably and is relatively affordable. Residents of Section 4 are able to enjoy the abundance of recreational facilities available to them.

Within short distances, residents are able to visit Taman Rekreasi Indah and Taman Rekreasi Permai, as well as Shah Alam cultural park, Museum Sultan Shah Alam and Raja Limau recreational park. These allow for a healthy lifestyle not too far away from the city centre.
