Puri Aiyu is a freehold development located in Shah Alam, Selangor. The development was completed in the year 2006 by the developers, Crosshill Sdn Bhd. Developments nearby include Subang Andaman, Indahria Apartment, Indah Alam and Avenue Crest.

Other highways such as Shah Alam Highway (KESAS) and the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) is also located nearby, allowing for convenient access throughout Shah Alam towards Kota Kemuning, and the rest of Klang Valley as well. The Subang Jaya KTM Station is located nearby as well via a 5 minutes drive, making public transport an option as well. Puri Ayu is also considered one of the best luxury condos in Shah Alam.

Puri Aiyu has a mixed composition of different races. The condominium is very well maintained as the management is very strict as observed by some of the residents. Traffic is bad in the area as the bottleneck is located right outside the apartment. The main road outside the condominium has been flooded once in the year 2012 during a flash flood.
Some have commented that should a particular unit owe the management more than RM500 in maintenance, they would threaten to cut off one’s water and electricity supply. The efficient management also has parking spaces for rent at RM70 per month. Parking stickers are available at RM5. However, there is a slight issue of over parking outside the apartment, as residents tend to skimp on the monthly parking fees.
