Kiara Green (also known as Kiara Green Townhouses) is a walk-up low rise condominium located right next to the breathtaking Taman Rimba Kiara and yet just within walking distance to TTDI‘s commercial centre. This townhouse can be easily recognized by its white and pink color scheme on the building. It neighbors TTDI Plaza, TTDI Residence, Trellises and Sinaran TTDI.
Kiara Green comprises of several 4-storey blocks and a swimming pool. There is no basement parking built, but each unit comes with a roofed car park bay. There are plenty amenities sprawling around the area – which are just minutes of walking away. Several restaurants nearby include KFC, Pizza Hut, Restoran Mohsin, Devi’s Corner, Santai Restaurant and Canadian Pizza. Besides that, it is also within a close proximity from TTDI wet market.
A number of shopping malls are also near to Kiara Green, such as 1 Utama Shopping Centre, The Curve, Tesco Damansara, Ikano, and Tropicana City Mall. Adding to that, there is ‘pasar malam’ or night market being held next to AHP building every Sunday. Being located within the established and matured neighborhood of TTDI, Kiara Green is conveniently furnished with schools, mosques, kindergarten, hospital and clinic (public maternity clinic and Damansara Specialist Hospital), and TTDI Botanic Park.
In terms of accessibility, residents here enjoy vast array of road and highway networks. One can easily access Sprint Highway, Damansara-Puchong Highway and New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE). Besides RapidKL bus and taxi’s stands available nearby, there is a plan (yet to be confirmed) that there will be a LRT station in the neighborhood, which is part of the LRT line extension plan.
From the outside, Kiara Green looks a bit old and run down. However, once one step inside, one will feel the calm and peaceful ambiance. Even though the building is old, the area is well maintained by the management and the facilities are working well.
