Analysis

Jamnah View is among the earliest condominiums in Bangsar enclave. It is not very well maintained, unlike other condominiums like Sri Penaga and Palmyra which are very well maintained despite of their age. We can see facilities in the condominium are not properly maintained and the paint on the building has already faded. But on the bright side, the environment here is very pleasant and peaceful for living. The garden is nicely landscaped and maintained.

In terms of pricing, Jamnah View can be considered as among the cheapest condominiums in the enclave. Most condominiums in Bangsar are tagged around RM700 psf, while the new ones like One Menerung, Bangsar Peak and Ken Bangsar are tagged above RM1,000 psf. Any cheaper than Jamnah View are Menara Bangsar and Bayu Angkasa.

Even though Jamnah View is located right next to Bangsar Shopping Center, however there is no direct access to the shopping mall. One has to travel a big round-about in order to reach the premise. This is one reason why the condominium is being recognized as located in Damansara Heights rather than Bangsar.
