Analysis

Esente is a very exclusive development with only 13 units, located within a prestigious golf course where privacy and security is ensured. However, living in a golf course does have its drawbacks, as there is only one way in and out of the development, which is through the golf course’s main gates. Amenities are located rather far away as the development is not near many amenities. Leasehold tenure is also another factor, but it has seen steady appreciation in recent years.
