Casarina in Ara Damansara is a housing development that sits overlooking the park and is on higher ground than the other housing areas that make up the fast growing township of Ara Damansara. The 2-storey houses here in Casarina, although they are nothing spectacular, are spacious and have enough room for families. Therefore, it is good for those who are owner occupiers, or to rent out to families. It seems that it also is good for investors, as the prices for the houses have doubled since it was launched. It is anticipated that when the direct links to Tropicana and Mutiara Damansara opens up, Casarina’s prices will rise. Casarina is also considered one of the best landed house developments in Ara Damansara.
