Carlton (also known as Carlton @ Plaza Damas 3) in Sri Hartamas is part of the Plaza Damas 3 mixed-commercial development. It is part of the last phase for the Plaza Damas area. It is just across the road from the Hartamas Shopping Centre. Those who have been interested in the Plaza Damas area will know that Carlon is situated where the sales office and show units for their other properties were.
Originally launched on the 3rd of April 2009 by Mayland Universal, Carlton came with several benefits such as 6% guaranteed return rate of investment for 2 years, a 10% cash rebate – all on exclusive freehold land. The average price for the studios are between RM413,000 to RM512,000. The larger units can cost up to RM960,000. Carlton is a service apartment, which means that the units are fully furnished. There are a choice of having a view of either the main road or a green slope. However, due to the nature of the low rise blocks, neither view is that spectacular. Carlton is also considered one of the best condos in Sri Hartamas.

Carlton is next to a shopping centre, in an excellent neighborhood, and close to KL as it is just off the main road.
There are also many facilities close by Carlton, such as the KL Golf and Country Club, Royal Selangor Club, and the Bukit Kiara Equestrian Club. For families who buy the corner units, there are top schools nearby such as the Mont Kiara International School, the French International School, and the Garden International School. Another added benefit is that Carlton is in a freehold location. But is it worth the price? It depends what your investing outlook is. Just don’t forget that there are no free parking bays allocated to any of the units.
