Besides Belvedere and Lagoon Perdana, Talam has planned to launch another 2 developments – a 38-storey office tower, a commercial development (either commercial complex or hotel) and a 3-level parking podium within the area. It is a high density development with 27 units per floor and served by only 6 lifts (3 lifts on each west and east wings). 500 residences and 16 shop lots are a lot for a single block development on a small land size.

Belvedere was an abandoned project together with 2 blocks of Lagoon Perdana by the infamous Talam Group. The project was launched back then in 2003 and failed to complete within 3 years time. The project was resumed in July 2006. Belvedere is claimed to receive CF by July 2011.
