Bandar Nusa Rhu in Shah Alam is a 400 acre township that has comprehensive township community facilities to service the residents in the 581 terrace and semi-detached homes found here. There are 8 housing phases in Bandar Nusa Rhu, the first of which was completed in 2006.
The first phase completed was NusaRhu Cendana. This area has 104 units terrace link houses. They are on a land area of 20′ × 70′, and have a built-up area of 2,000 sf. The launch price for Cendana was RM259,800 – RM688,800. After this, NusaRhu Mutiara was developed. This is a more exclusive zone, as only 18 2-storey terrace link houses were created. These are larger than Cendana, as they sit on a 20′ × 90′ lot size. The built-up area of these houses are 2,820 sf and were originally priced at RM289,800 – RM580,000.
The 3rd phase is NusaRhu Tropika. This phase consists of 97 units of 2-storey terrace link houses. Although they have the same built-up area as Cendana (2,000 sf), they are RM10,000 more expensive as they ranged from RM269,800 – RM580,000 in price. Similar to Phase 1, these are 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom homes.
NusaRhu Idaman consists of 30 units of 2-storey semi-detached homes. These houses are much larger than the terrace-link houses, with a land size of 55′ × 80′.They have a built-up area of 4,235 sf and are complete with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Certainly enough space for a large family! The original price for these houses was between RM699,800 – RM750,000.
The next 2 phases, Ilham and Sinaran, consist of semi-detached homes. Ilham offers a 2-storey dwelling, while the Sinaran houses are 2.5 storey. Ilham has a built-up area of 2,012 sf, while Sinaran has 2,800 sf. The original price for NusaRhu Ilham was RM269-700 – RM780,00; while the NusaRhu Sinaran was RM369,800 – RM797,400. The last phase, NusaRhu Idaman, is currently being built and will be completed in 2012. There are 146 units of 2-storey terrace linked homes, with a built-up area of 2,023 sf. The original launch price for these range between RM388,000 – RM882,700.
Bandar Nusa Rhu has numerous pockets of parks and other green spaces. Each individual precinct also has a single entry and exit point, for residents’ peace of mind. Bandar Nusa Rhu is easily accessible via the Federal Highway, Guthrie Highway, and the NKVE. It is only juts 10 minutes away from Giant in Shah Alam, and is close to Bukit Cahaya Agricultural Park.

Living in Bandar Nusa Rhu is almost like living in your own private world, as this township is pretty much in the middle of nowhere with the only other neighborhoods next door being Puncak Perdana and Sunway Alam Suria. The houses are decent sized, and perfect for families who want to live in their own sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of city life. On a more positive note, it is close to Monterez Golf and Country Club (Monterez) – great for the country life. In addition, it is also close to Subang Airport and UITM (Puncak Prima).
