Analysis

Amarin Kiara is located quite close to the high tension cable which looks like directly above the houses. Even though there is no evidence that high tension cable causes health problem, but it’s preferable you look for units that is further away from the power structure.

The subsale price of Amarin Kiara is quite high compared to its rental, which is tagged relatively low. But this phenomenon is indeed very common for landed residential in Malaysia. Amarin Kiara is a dream house to call home, and surely the price will appreciate further in the future.
