16 Sierra is one of the latest townships being developed in Puchong. Spread over 535 acres of land, the main highlight of this estate is that it is a green township, with 16 theme gardens and open spaces at the residential precincts. It is developed by Lush Development.

Ardenia is a modern home which maximizes on natural lighting, and features high ceilings, an 8 ft grand main entrance, and timber floors in the first floor bedrooms, stair case, and family room. The orientation of these homes are north-south. Ardenia homes are priced from RM468,900.
Areca has similar features, except that it slightly smaller with a built-up area of 2,215 sf. Despite the fact that it is smaller, the original launch price is higher at RM488,900.
The townhouses at 16 Sierra are called Odora, and they are 3-storey parkhomes. There are 3 types of townhouse layouts, which are all contemporary-designed 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom homes. Like the terrace houses, the townhouses are designed with the environment in mind. Natural lighting and better ventilation is featured, with large windows present. There are also private roof gardens for each unit, to keep up with the present modern design of having a recreational area on the rooftop.
