Analysis

Most people see Puncak Perdana as a great investment as UiTM Puncak Perdana is situated within a stone’s throw away. Analysis

Prima U1 has been chosen as one of the student’s apartments for a university which requires 90 to 120 units for its student’s accommodation. Owners are required to furnish their units with the basic fixtures and fittings with an estimated cost of around RM5,500 and the rental per month for a 980 sf unit is marked at RM1,500 and as for the 1,100 sf units, it is RM1,600 which is inclusive of the maintenance fee.

Some owners think that it is a good idea since their rental is secured because the rental will be paid monthly by the university to the owner account. However, some owners think that the rental rate is a bit too low and would re-negotiate the rental issues.

Apart from that, most of the owners also think that the maintenance fees are too high as compared to other residential developments. In addition, Prima U1 is a high-density condominium and should not be charging owners with such high maintenance fee.
